Welcome to Halric BPM. By purchasing services from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Services Offered

We currently provide the following services:

• Mixing & Mastering – Professional audio engineering for your tracks.
• Custom Beat Production – Original, tailor-made instrumentals crafted to your specifications.
• Studio Booking – Access to our recording studio for sessions by appointment.

2. Payments

• All payments are due in full at the time of purchase or booking.
• Prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise stated) and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• Payment is securely processed through our website using approved payment gateways.

3. Service Delivery

• Mixing & Mastering: You must provide audio files in accepted formats (e.g., WAV, MP3, stems) as requested. Final mixes/masters will be delivered digitally.
• Custom Beat Production: You must provide clear direction, references, or requirements for your instrumental. Delivery timelines will be agreed upon before production begins.
• Studio Booking: Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive confirmation by email. Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.

4. Revisions

• Mixing & Mastering: Includes up to [2] rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated.
• Custom Beats: Includes up to [2] rounds of revisions for arrangement or sound adjustments.
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Mixing & Mastering & Custom Beats: Orders are non-refundable once work has begun. If no work has started, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
• Studio Booking: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session will receive a credit for a future booking. No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.

6. Intellectual Property

• Mixing & Mastering: All rights to your music remain yours. Halric BPM does not claim ownership of your recordings.
• Custom Beats: Ownership and usage rights will be specified in your agreement at the time of purchase. Unless a full buyout is agreed upon, Halric BPM retains the copyright and provides you with a usage license.
• Studio Recordings: You retain full ownership of recordings made during your session. Halric BPM reserves the right to keep a backup copy for quality assurance.

7. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that the files you provide are free from viruses, malware, or corruption.
• You must provide accurate information and instructions to allow proper delivery of services.
• For studio sessions, you must respect the equipment, property, and staff. Damages caused during a session will be billed to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

Halric BPM is not responsible for:

• Loss of data due to client negligence.
• Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
• Creative differences or subjective dissatisfaction once the agreed work has been delivered according to the specifications.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
